All candidates must meet rigorous standards to be a part of PCSPL or Mumbai Security Force. In addition to a criminal background check, our employees must successfully complete state required training plus pass a written exam. Our training exceeds all State requirements, and specifically match an individual officer’s skill, knowledge, and experience to your staffing / guarding requirements.
